Shipping

Shipments should reach you within two weeks of order confirmation. The accuracy of the shipping address is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure that you indicate any pertinent information required to deliver the package in a timely manner, including company name, apartment numbers. If there is a change in the shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. If a package is returned due to an error in the shipping information provided by the purchaser, you will be responsible for the charges to reship.

1. Processing an order generally takes 1-7 business day(s) from time of order for all items that we have in stock. Order processing times may be delayed if an item is out of stock on your order. In these cases, a Zoe accessoires Customer Service Representative will notify you by email.

2. We ship orders Monday through Friday using Canpar or Canada Post Expedited service. Services with Canada Post can take 1-8 business days for delivery. All orders include shipping, handling and insurance in the final cost. If you require your order to ship earlier than the provided time, please indicate this on your order under the section entitled ‘special instructions’. We will contact you with shipping options and additional costs.

3. Orders shipping to the US will require a physical address. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.

4. All orders will have a tracking number that will be emailed once the order has shipped.

Return

We want to ensure that your purchases are made with confidence. In the case where you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly arrange for an exchange or refund.

1. If the item(s) you have ordered is unsuitable, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Email us at customerservice@zoeaccessoires.ca detailing the items being returned along with your order number. Once we have received our order number, we will issue you a return authorization form and give instructions on sending back the jewellery. Jewelry must not be worn and be sent back in its original packaging.

2. In the case of damaged or defective jewelry, we will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Email us at customerservice@zoeaccessoires.ca with the order number and details of damages/defect. We will send you a return authorization number with instructions on how to send it back.

3. Jewelry that is returned without an authorization will not be accepted.

4. Final Sale items include all clearances and sales. Any items bought under these conditions will not be accepted for return.

5. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for shipping back to Zoe Accessoires inc. When shipping back returns, we recommend you obtain a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

6. Any due refunds will be processed back onto the original card used for payment within 14 business days.
